This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, team development, and creating an exceptional patient experience in both medical and aesthetic settings. //www.colinobgyn.com/ Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the OB/GYN and MedSpa practice Manage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance Ensure exceptional patient experience and customer service Optimize workflow efficiency and office productivity Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations Supervise billing, insurance coordination, and financial reporting Monitor inventory and vendor relationships Support marketing efforts, patient retention, and MedSpa promotions Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently Oversee medical office management systems including EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like Athena and Epic Qualifications 1+ years of healthcare practice management experience required Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, MedSpa, aesthetics, or cosmetic medicine strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of EMR systems, medical billing, and insurance processes Experience managing teams and improving operational performance Professional demeanor with a strong focus on patient satisfaction Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Background in nursing or aesthetics nurse is a plus; experience in dental clinic or veterinary settings is also valuable.
