ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations supporting advisors and clients.

Streamline, document, and maintain workflows for client service, onboarding, and reporting.

Identify and implement process improvements to support firm growth.

Oversee client onboarding, account administration, and transfers.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.

Train, mentor, and hold the operations team accountable.

Oversee CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow automation platforms.

Improve system integration, automation, and implement AI tools where applicable.
