Wholesale Fulfillment & Shipping Associate - Fashion Industry

Mary Frances Accessories is a woman-owned and operated fashion accessories brand based in Walnut Creek, CA. We design and ship beautifully crafted products to boutiques and customers worldwide

• all from our bright, organized office-based fulfillment center. We're a close-knit, fast-moving team that takes pride in our work and genuinely enjoys what we do. The Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment & Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, active role at the heart of our operations
• you'll be keeping our orders moving from the moment product arrives at our door to the moment it ships out.

What You'll Do Receive and put away incoming inventory shipments Tag merchandise and maintain organized stock Pick orders using picking sheets; matching SKUs and descriptions accurately Pack and ship orders, applying shipping labels and matching cartons to company names and/or Purchase Order numbers Weigh and label outgoing cartons Support light admin tasks as needed Grow into additional responsibilities based on your skills and initiative What We're Looking For Active, on-your-feet energy

• this role involves standing and moving Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers, SKUs and descriptions Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly A positive, team-oriented attitude Prior fulfillment, shipping, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
• we'll train the right person
