Job Description

Office Manager About Us Maximize Health is a fast-growing medical group dedicated to improving the quality of post-acute care within skilled nursing facilities, adult communities, and assisted living facilities. By collaborating directly with senior facilities, our goal is to enhance patient care, increase satisfaction, and reduce hospitalizations. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our medical office and help keep workflows organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and comfortable juggling multiple administrative priorities in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and coordinating patient flow Answer phones, manage voicemail, and route messages appropriately Maintain organized records and documentation (electronic and paper, as needed) Help ensure compliance with office policies and procedures Assist with ordering, tracking, and inventory of office/medical supplies Coordinate office communications with providers, facilities, and internal team members Support onboarding of new administrative processes and help implement workflow improvements Maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA requirements Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.); EMR experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or office coordination strongly preferred Dependable attendance and ability to work full-time Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $23-$25/hour , based on experience Benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Supportive, collaborative team environment Office Manager About Us Maximize Health is a fast-growing medical group dedicated to improving the quality of post-acute care within skilled nursing facilities, adult communities, and assisted living facilities.
