We are seeking a Project Manager for our Colorado office. As a Project Manager, you will lead major capital projects incorporating ICR stakeholders and standards to ensure projects plans, construction and commissioning are completed with high quality. A candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and scope of work from concept to complete buildout Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables and requirements Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk management plans and status reports. Monitor, evaluate and manage performance of professional and construction contract services Serve as primary point of contact between the ICR, contractor, consultants and stakeholders Manage the design and construction phases of the projects, ensuring that they will align with the local regulations, codes and ICR standards Review and approve (through established process) design plans, specifications and contract documents Monitor, evaluate and manage performance of professional and construction contract Resolves complex project issues independently Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting Manage the procurement process for hiring contractors, architects, engineers and other consultants Monitor contract performance and resolve any resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements:
Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility - U.S. Citizenship is required. A drug screen will be required as part of the hiring process. Periodic travel may be required to different ICR facilities.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or interior design or other related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant responsible experience as a project manager A proven history of successful delivery projects on-time and within budget Understanding of building codes and zoning regulations Knowledge of current principles and practices applicable to facilities and construction projects Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills Skill in the use of Windows based programs, such as Word, Excel, etc. Skill in the use of field specific software, such as
Bluebeam and Procore Salary Range:
