Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office and ensuring efficient business processes. This role manages office procedures, facilities, vendor relationships, employee support, and accounts receivable activities, while maintaining accurate records and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliation Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships Support employee onboarding and administrative needs Maintain company records, files, and compliance documentation Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting Organize meetings, events, and internal communications Serve as a point of contact for customers, employees, and external partners Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in crane rental, equipment rental, construction, or logistics coordination is highly desirable. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and rental management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of crane operations, safety regulations, and construction industry standards is a plus. Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
