Job Description

We are expanding! Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Receiving Office Manager for our a Distribution Center located in Brighton , CO . This is a full-time position and a career! World Class Distribution is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of the receiving department. This role ensures accurate processing of inbound shipments, maintains inventory records, coordinates with vendors and warehouse staff, and supports efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Process receiving documents, including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and purchase orders. Verify inbound shipments and resolve discrepancies with vendors and carriers. Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system. Schedule inbound deliveries and coordinate dock appointments. Prepare receiving reports and maintain organized records. Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations. Support inventory counts and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications 2+ years of receiving, warehouse administration, or logistics experience. Experience with shipping and receiving documentation and inventory systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with WMS or ERP systems preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. #DNVR-1
