We are a company that specializes in fixed assets and stockroom/warehouse scanning systems for School Districts Nationwide is looking to hire a Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper that will help in a handful of areas of the business. BMI has been around since 1985, and our products are in 48 out of the 50 states. This Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper position offers a great work-life balance as you will only work 4 hours generally 9-1 PM (Mon-Fri). Responsibilities Manage and record financial transactions Enter sales, purchases, payments, and receipts into the accounting system - QuickBooks Create and process purchase orders for equipment and supplies Coordinate with vendors to manage invoices, returns, and credits if needed Fiscal Year End Bookkeeping Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles within a professional setting. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with budgeting, payroll processing, and financial documentation. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and data entry. Exceptional communication & written skills paired with professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions and client/vendor correspondence. Ability to manage daily duities efficiently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
