This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, assisting with bookkeeping and payroll processes, and supporting instructors, coaches and parents. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming workspace. Duties Oversee office operations, including front desk management, and calendar scheduling for staff and customers. Coordinate and manage deliveries. Assist with bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; handle invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. Supervise staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth. Maintain meticulous filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies. Ensure excellent etiquette while answering inquiries from customers, vendors, or visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll processing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in budget oversight. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to facilitate clear interactions across teams and internal and external customers Experience in event planning or company functions is a plus.
