This position oversees student records and enrollment processes while managing daily front office operations in a welcoming and efficient school environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to providing outstanding service to families and staff.
Job Duties:
  • Serve as the primary receptionist and welcoming presence for the school
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors professionally and courteously
  • Manage daily front office operations and communications
  • Coordinate substitute teachers as needed
  • Assist administrators with clerical and organizational tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and front office organization
  • Ensure student sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed
  • Manage student information systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage attendance records and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assist families with enrollment and registration procedures
  • Process student enrollment, withdrawals, transfers, and cumulative records requests
  • Support scheduling, report cards, and student record audits as needed Professional Expectations

  • Completes other duties and responsibilities related to the Director of Academics and Advancement and Head of Schools.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous school office, registrar, or administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of student records compliance and attendance procedures preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerSchool preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment This position has a 90 day probationary period, with a review at 60 days.
