This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and making work easier for others. What You'll Do Support leadership with calendars, scheduling, expenses, and daily logistics Manage and improve office operations, including mailroom processes Build and streamline systems and workflows for efficiency Coordinate meetings, events, and board logistics Support cross-functional projects across teams Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment Why SOL At SOL Mental Health, we're building something different.
