Job Title:
Office Administrator Job Description The Office Administrator supports day-to-day operations by serving as the central point for office coordination, compliance, and communication. This role ensures that administrative processes run smoothly, documentation remains accurate and up to date, and internal teams receive timely support to keep projects and office activities moving efficiently. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and routine inquiries, providing courteous and professional assistance. Handle back-office compliance tasks and maintain accurate and organized documentation and records. Maintain facility inventory levels and order office supplies to ensure the office remains fully stocked and operational. Process billing and collections activities in a timely and accurate manner. Review, track, and process timecards and payroll-related records in coordination with internal processes. Assist with onboarding activities and employee paperwork, ensuring all forms and documentation are complete and properly filed. Prepare, review, and route contracts and supporting documents for approval and signatures. Support shipping and receiving coordination, including tracking incoming and outgoing materials and documentation. Arrange travel logistics for crews, including hotel bookings, per diem coordination, and related travel details. Provide general administrative and office support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed to support daily operations. Essential Skills 3-5 years of prior construction administration experience. Proven administrative support and office management experience. Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and handling administrative documentation. Comfort and accuracy in working with timecards, billing, and payroll-related tasks. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, professional, and clear verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Certified payroll experience. Experience working in construction or field-support environments. Signatory experience related to construction or labor agreements. Why Work Here? The setting is fast-paced and deadline-driven, with frequent interaction with field teams, vendors, and internal staff, requiring a professional demeanor and a consistent presence on site. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
