Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a confident, personable, and detail-oriented Catering Sales Manager to drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and bring events to life. You'll manage inbound leads, build referral relationships, and work with our internal team to ensure seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Sales Development Identify and pursue catering sales opportunities (corporate, weddings, social) Maintain and grow an active lead pipeline via outreach, referrals, and events Track lead sources, conversion rates, and revenue goals monthly Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and returning clients Understand event needs, provide menus, and prepare customized proposals Follow up consistently to close deals and provide excellent service Marketing & Visibility (in collaboration with team) Share ideas for advertising, promotions, and social media Help maintain listings (Yelp, Google, The Knot, etc.) Represent us at bridal shows, networking events, and venue tours What We're Looking For Strong communicator with excellent follow-through Professional, friendly, and motivated to grow sales Experience in catering, hospitality, or event sales a plus Proficient computer skills; comfortable learning new toolsJob Type:
