Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure efficient service delivery Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, medical billing, and fiscal management to maintain profitability and sustainability Supervise healthcare staff, including medical administrative support, nurses, and other clinical personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft to ensure accurate patient records and compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure adherence to health regulation policies and quality standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing staff schedules Maintain compliance with healthcare practice management standards and oversee medical records management in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy laws Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical or dental setting Demonstrated supervisory experience leading healthcare teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing procedures, and electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and managed care processes Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as
