First Congregational Church of Greeley is looking for our next part-time Office Manager! $20-22/hour, $24,960

Essential Functions:
Financial Administration Prepare payables (invoices, check requests, etc.) for accountant Prepare payroll including timecard review, vacation and sick time entry, etc. Record receivables (pledge income, rental income, mineral royalty income, etc) and transmit reports to accountant Review and approve credit card disbursements Review and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Distribute giving statements quarterly Budget Prepare the annual Operations budget category and submit to the Board of Trustees Monitor and maintain the Operations Budget throughout the year Collaborate with the Treasurer and Minister, Head of Staff to compile the annual congregational budget Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure all office tasks and office hours are covered Serve as the team lead of the administrative volunteer team Ensure that folks who come in or call are welcomed and appropriately directed in collaboration with staff and volunteers Maintain and file all personnel and human resources related administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Maintaining personnel files and required employment paperwork Administration of benefits Scheduling training (first aid, CPR, van certification, safe church, etc) Background checks Employee onboarding and offboarding Assist with the coordination and oversight of facility maintenance, in collaboration with Facilities Manger and Minister Head of Staff Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for the facility and keep record of all items which require regular maintenance schedules Document all maintenance and upgrades and retain pertinent records, such as warranties and manuals Maintain church records including Membership lists Member contact information Attendance Demographic Information Church Directory Maintain all office supplies and equipment and ensure that they are stocked, organized, and in good working order Oversee and control procurement of all church equipment, machines, materials, supplies, and other goods and services Order office supplies as needed Ensure that office supplies are in good order, organized, and available to staff at all times Support the work of church lay leadership Provide Zoom links for standing meetings Keep record of all Cabinet and Trustees documents Remain flexible and responsive to the needs of other staff members and provide support of their work or duties as requested and able
