They process, they file, they pass things along. This role is different — you'll be inside a firm where the actual work is helping entrepreneurs keep more of what they earn, grow faster, and stop losing sleep over money. You're the one who makes sure nothing is late, nothing is lost, and nobody is waiting on something they shouldn't be waiting on. You'll learn how a professional services firm operates from the inside out. Day to day Own the front desk — phones, visitors, first impressions Keep calendars, scheduling, and conference room logistics tight Draft and manage client letters: welcome, engagement, exit Run the document system — scanning, filing, retrieving confidential records Coordinate client onboarding from start to finish Support accounts receivable and collections follow-up Help plan client events and appreciation touchpoints Write, edit, and proof a range of business documents Who we want Someone who's frustrated by jobs that don't ask much of them. You communicate well, you write well, you catch things other people miss, and you actually care how things turn out. You don't need a manager checking your work — you'd rather just do it right the first time. If you're early in your career and looking for a place where you can take on real responsibility fast, grow professionally. This CPA firm offers promotions towards tax and accounting roles after one year with the firm - no tax or accounting knowledge is needed - you will be learning a lot about tax and accounting!
