Job Description
Position Summary The Office Administrator serves as the operational hub of the dealership, providing administrative support across multiple departments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting accounting and office functions, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across multiple dealership locations and business departments, ensuring efficient daily operations and consistent execution of administrative processes. Partner with leaders across Sales, Service, Parts, Accounting, HR, Marketing, and Executive teamsto coordinate projects, manage documentation, and support operational initiatives. Prepare, process, and maintain business records, reports, contracts, and other dealership documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards. Support accounting and office operations, including receipting, deposits, reconciliations, reporting, vendor coordination, and general administrative functions. Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving administrative needs, and contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related education preferred. 1+ years of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
