A well-established Colorado-based company is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a small-business environment, and wants to be a key contributor within a close-knit team. This position offers significant autonomy and visibility, making it ideal for an experienced Office Manager or Full-Charge Bookkeeper who enjoys being the go-to resource for accounting and administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableProcess full-cycle accounts payableVendor setup and maintenanceW-9 administrationManage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)Prepare and process 1099sMaintain accurate vendor recordsAccounts ReceivableReceive and post customer paymentsMaintain customer account recordsSupport cash application activitiesWork with low-volume, high-dollar transactionsPayrollProcess weekly payroll for approximately 25-30 employeesAdminister direct depositsProcess payroll tax paymentsPrepare quarterly payroll reporting, including 940s and 941sMaintain payroll records and compliance requirementsBanking & AccountingPerform bank reconciliationsManage deposits and banking activitiesAssist with month-end and year-end processesSupport annual financial auditsWork alongside external accounting and tax professionalsOffice AdministrationCoordinate daily office operationsSupport field and office personnelAssist with lien waivers and project documentationProvide general administrative support as neededWhat Success Looks LikeThe ideal candidate is someone who:
