Maritime Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, motivated, and eager to learn multiple areas of dealership accounting and administration.

Schedule & Pay:

18/hour Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends

Responsibilities:

Organize, review, and scan service repair orders and parts invoices Process daily deposits (Service, Parts, Sales, and CAP) Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Assist the Office Manager and Controller as needed Train to support and back up all office positions when required

Qualifications:

Dealership experience is a plus CDK experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Positive attitude and team-player mindset
