The Innovative CPA Group is an employee-centric firm comprised of experienced tax and accounting professionals. We have successfully built a culture of empowerment, accountability, and wide-ranging expertise. We leverage the latest technology to streamline our workflow, thereby improving the service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors promptly and professionally; answer and direct phone calls. Monitor and respond to general firm email inboxes as assigned. Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies; coordinate food orders for staff and meetings Serve as a point of contact for internal office events and coordination Assist with special projects as needed Accept credit card payments; send A/R statements and follow up as needed. Manage the new client intake process, ensuring all required information and documentation is collected efficiently. Manage the firm's CPE tracking, including monitoring staff requirements, scheduling courses, and maintaining compliance records. Maintain reception and conference areas, ensuring rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for meetings. Assist with scanning, filing, document assembly/delivery, and general tax related & administrative tasks. Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure all areas are secure, organized, and ready for the next day.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience, ideally in a CPA or professional services environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.Key Attributes:
