Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Office Manager for an Investment and Commercial Real Estate Team Why Join Our Team? Thursday:
9:00 AM•4:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•1:00 PM Approximately 32 hours per week Compensation & Benefits $25/hour Flexible PTO/personal days Supportive and flexible office culture Beautiful office space in Hartford Secure, free parking What You'll Do This role supports the President and sales team while helping manage the day-to-day operations for an Investment and Commercial Real Estate Office.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients and visitors professionally Answering and directing phone calls Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments Drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations Assisting with marketing materials and presentations Updating and maintaining databases Assisting with a transition to a new CRM system Organizing files and office records Ordering office supplies and coordinating vendors Helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment Supporting website and marketing updates Using Canva and Microsoft Office programs regularly
The Ideal Candidate Is:
Highly organized and detail-oriented A true self starter and proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working independently Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous administrative assistant or office management experience Real estate experience (preferred but not required) Experience with databases or CRM systems Canva or marketing/design experience Ability to identify and improve office processes
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
