$70,000-$85,000/Year + Excellent Benefits Bring your healthcare business office experience to a team where your work directly supports quality care for residents! Seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of the facility. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who understands Nursing Home Medicare/Medicaid billing and enjoys leading a team while providing exceptional service to residents and their families. What You'll Be Doing Oversee the facility's Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Resident Trust Accounts. Ensure accurate and timely Medicare and Medicaid billing. Maintain accurate, current, and compliant financial records. Supervise, support, and provide direction to Business Office staff. Partner with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Assist residents and families with business office questions while providing professional and compassionate customer service. Help ensure business office processes are accurate, organized, and running efficiently. What We're Looking For Previous Business Office Management experience in a Nursing Home/SNF/LTC setting. Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing procedures within a nursing home environment. Strong understanding of A/R, A/P, financial records, and general business office functions. Experience supervising or leading Business Office staff. Comfortable working with various software programs. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
