Office Administrator (part-time) Zaleski Snow Guards New Britain, CT Job Details Part-time $16.75 - $19.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Phone communication E-commerce Administrative experience Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Great part-time position! Seeking a very dependable, self motivated E-commerce administrator who enjoys working independently in a quiet office setting. You must have a mature mindset! Must have a pleasant phone manner, experience in MS Word and Excel, and occasionally able to lift 20 pounds. Routine duties include answering incoming phone and email inquiries, data entries, invoicing and processing small to midsize product orders, packaging and shipping them. You will also be given various miscellaneous tasks or small projects to bring to full completion, such as, updating inventory or assisting with keeping office tidy, organized, and assisting with problem solving when an office administration issue may arise. Hours are 4 shifts a week, Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri (approx. 20 hours a week). Opportunity for more hours as demand increases. Annual increases available with proven dependability. This is a long-term permanent part-time position. We seek someone eager to learn and champion the position, has a strong work ethic, is punctual, honest and reliable. No age discrimination!
