Role Growth:
This position is starting as a Temp-to-Permanent role. As our organization grows and operational needs shift, the core duties of this role will transition over time to focus more heavily on Personal Care Assistant (PCA) responsibilities and direct client support. We are looking for someone who excels in administration today and is enthusiastic about evolving into hands-on care coordination down the road. What You'll Do Administrative & Operations Management Oversee daily administrative workflows, including answering calls, managing correspondence, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized filing systems. Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate cross-departmental communication. Maintain up-to-date documentation, licenses, and regulatory compliance files. Provide administrative support for meetings, community events, and organizational reporting. Meals on Wheels Program Leadership Direct day-to-day Meals on Wheels logistics, including route optimization, delivery schedules, and client meal counts. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise delivery drivers and volunteers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, addressing inquiries with empathy and ensuring high satisfaction. Partner with kitchen and dietary teams to align meal production with delivery schedules and strict food safety standards. Oversee program budget, client billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial follow-ups.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Background in office administration, program coordination, operations management, or personal care/home care.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
