Job Description We are currently hiring to fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We are seeking a medical receptionist/office administrator to optimize both front and back office operations. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Main job responsibilities include supporting the patient services and billing department needs. Duties may include scheduling appointments, answering and responding to phone calls, coordinating between families and clinicians, educating families on our policies and procedures, addressing practice-related inquiries, inputting insurance information, collecting payments, and any other task in line with our mission.
