Assistant Office Manager - Dance Studio Locust Performing Arts Center of Stamford Stamford, CT Job Details Part-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Executive administrative support Organizational skills Productivity software Office management Arts Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time weekend Assistant Office Manager to join our team for our upcoming Fall 2026-Spring 2027 season! The role includes various aspects of running a dance studio. Hours are on Saturdays (morning-afternoon) from September-May. Additional opportunities to work on an as-needed/substitute basis may be available as well.
Responsibilities:
Customer service to families and children Communicating in an articulate and friendly manner via phone, email and in-person Processing registrations, billing, class and account changes, reporting Managing records and information Acting as a liaison between teachers and clients Providing administrative assistance to the management team and directors Providing support at performing arts events Maintaining basic upkeep/order of the facility ​
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields Ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem-solve Excellent communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Degree or experience in the arts, business or administration a plus

From $18.00 per hour
