Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and manage financial records within our dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and vendor relations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization through effective office administration and financial oversight. Duties Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Manage payroll processing Assist with budgeting processes and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Ensure effective communication within the team through phone etiquette and clear correspondence Support event planning activities for company functions or client engagements Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with a strong background in office experience Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks desktop Supervising experience with team management skills Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and vendor management Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for filing and record keeping Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and ensure smooth office operations
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
