Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team in Wallingford, CT. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to contribute to a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities at a time. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining efficient office workflows. E xperience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organized with keen attention to detail Prior experience in bookkeeping or office management is preferred Good communication skills with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities Personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus but not required

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
