Office Administrator:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries in QuickBooks for accurate financial tracking The Office Administrator will provide administrative and office support, including deposit preparation, banking, post office runs, and supply sourcing Update website content and coordinate internal communications (newsletters, announcements) The Office Administrator will serve as primary backup for receptionist and general office functions to ensure continuity Contribute to partner billing process through careful invoice verification and support
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
The Office Administrator must have proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience handling multi-line phones and general office workflow in a business setting Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to run occasional local errands Salary is $46,000-55,000 EB-1489324011
