Office Administrator Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office and assist with assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in office administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role requires relevant experience in office operations and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations Support:
Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination, procurement support, and vendor communication. Help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.Project Support:
Support special projects as assigned by management, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up to help ensure projects are completed on time.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination. Serve as a point of contact for general office inquiries.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve office processes and workflows and assist with implementing approved changes.Compliance and Policy Support:
Help ensure office policies and procedures are followed and assist with documentation and updates as needed.Event and Meeting Coordination:
Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, handling logistics and materials.Technology and Systems Support:
Coordinate with IT and vendors to support office equipment and systems; help troubleshoot routine issues and track service requests.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, Basware, or ChromeRiver is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with guidance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
