Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment. This role is vital in coordinating administrative functions, managing office systems, and supporting staff to foster productivity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating an inviting and well-run office space. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Oversee multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally while providing exceptional customer service Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms with precision Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating office documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entry to ensure financial accuracy Support employees in the field as needed. Handle office supply inventory, order necessary materials, and maintain equipment to support seamless operations Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and customer support interactions Strong typing skills with high accuracy; capable of managing data entry and proofreading tasks efficiently Previous experience in clerical work such as filing, data management, and calendar coordination Knowledge of office equipment operation including printers, scanners, and telecommunication devices Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Office Manager to lead our team with energy and enthusiasm!
