Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail, and is confident handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, preparing, and dispatching correspondence. Coordinate courier services and track deliveries as required. Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management. Maintain accurate records, databases, and office files. Order and maintain office supplies and monitor inventory levels. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars as needed. Prepare reports, letters, forms, and other business documents. Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Handle confidential information with discretion. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach. Pay:
$24.88 - $29.97 per hour
