We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Office Manager. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Office Manager with recruiting experience to oversee the daily operations of our Delaware office. This role serves as the primary liaison between our Delaware office and our main dental laboratory in Lyndhurst, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service.About us:

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Delaware office.
- Coordinate communication and workflow between the Delaware office and the main dental laboratory in Lyndhurst.
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing dental cases to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Communicate professionally with dentists regarding case status, treatment questions, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Speak with patients as needed to coordinate appointments, answer general case-related questions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and office documentation.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and supporting hiring initiatives.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office organization.
- Collaborate with laboratory technicians, management, and clinical staff to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with dentists, patients, and laboratory personnel in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
- Experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, healthcare, or medical environment is strongly preferred.

- 50,000-60,000 (based on experience)
