Join a Growing Luxury Construction Company Where Leadership, Initiative, and Results Matter Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Very Occasional early mornings, evenings, and additional hours may be required based on business needs.
Pay:
$65,000-75,000+ DOE Seeking a Business Office & Operations Assistant Manager to work directly with ownership and help lead daily operations. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated professional who takes ownership, gets things done, leads by example, ambitious, takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow with a successful luxury construction and continuously seeks opportunities to improve enjoys leadership, problem-solving, team development, and creating systems that drive success. Responsibilities Oversee daily office and operational activities Lead and participate in staff and client meetings Support Human Resources, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records Ensure Buildertrend, Microsoft 365, files, and databases remain organized and updated Assist with accounting, billing, budgets, reports, and operational follow-up Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, project managers, and field personnel Support project coordination and office administration Implement and improve systems, procedures, and workflows Help ensure the office, staff, and operations run smoothly and efficiently Work closely with the Director and Owner on company initiatives and problem-solving Qualifications Previous management, operations, construction administration, office management, or leadership experience required HR, recruiting, and hiring experience preferred Buildertrend experience preferred Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge required QuickBooks experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional appearance and demeanor Construction industry experience preferred Spanish is a plus but not required Must pass a background check
