Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage financial records. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, supporting team coordination, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience in office management, and proficiency with financial software such as QuickBooks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while utilizing a broad skill set that includes event planning, vendor management, and human resources. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events Handle bookkeeping tasks using Account Edge, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Assist with payroll processing and human resources functions such as employee onboarding and record keeping Coordinate vendor relationships and manage procurement processes Support event planning activities for company functions or client events Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives Maintain filing systems, ensure document accuracy, and perform clerical duties such as data entry and correspondence Ensure effective communication within the team through phone etiquette and professional interaction Manage office supplies inventory and oversee budget adherence for office expenses Qualifications Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Supervising experience preferred; ability to lead a team effectively Proficiency with Account Edge and calendar management tools Experience in event planning, vendor management, and human resources is desirable Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently be self starting. Prior experience managing front desk operations or multi-line phone systems is advantageous This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting financial accuracy and team coordination.
