WHAT DOES AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR DO?
As a new Office Administrator at Metal Culverts, Inc., you can expect to play a critical role in our daily operations. Your typical day will begin at 7 AM and conclude at 3:30 PM, allowing you to maintain a structured work-life balance. Responsibilities will include managing correspondence, organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with scheduling meetings. In this position, you will also be customer service, work orders and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You'll be expected to utilize various software tools for data entry and reporting, while occasionally assisting with administrative tasks related to manufacturing processes.
