Description:
Leads assigned operational areas of responsibility within the Marcus Neuroscience Institute ("MNI") and partners with clinical and operational leaders and teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure and operational excellence in the areas of quality/safety, patient experience, financial vitality, physician partnerships, team member engagement and efficiency across all MNI service lines throughout the healthsystem. Partners with MNI executive team in developing, managing and directing MNI strategic plan initiatives. Organizes and leads MNI operational, financial, quality and performance improvement projects. Focuses on identifying areas of opportunity for enhancing revenue, increasing patient and team members satisfaction and decreasing expenses. Analyzes and prioritizes new business opportunities, implements new services and emerging treatment options, develops and manages operating and capital budgets, and drives cost reduction efforts. Ensures that Neuroscience advancements in care delivery and outcomes are shared throughout the BHSF system. Serves as business operations partner to operational and clinical leadership teams. Estimated salary range for this position is $76322.21 - $99218.87 / year depending on experience.

Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration or other applicable field,Required. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other applicable field strongly preferred. 5+ years leadership experience in a complex healthcare delivery setting, preferably with neuroscience operations oversite. Lean Six Sigma/TRIM or other process improvement training preferred. Past clinical or technical experience a plus. Must have strong leadership and team building skills. Must be able to effectively plan, delegate, manage, supervise and direct the work of others. Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle preferred. Must have strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence in a matrixed environment. Must be highly analytical and have the ability to develop and apply statistical techniques in order to enhance business performance. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, proven project management expertise, and the ability to execute with credibility. Highly self motivated with the ability to learn new concepts,methods and technologies easily.
