The General Manager oversees the delivery of superior customer service, employee achievement, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to studio objectives. Qualifications Proven track record in sales success. Goal-oriented with strong accountability. Skilled in analyzing revenue, sales, and expenses vs. budget. Positive, extroverted, strong leadership skillset.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed revenue goals. Develop and implement a structured weekly meeting schedule. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure proper studio availability for clients. Drive membership sales to achieve targets. Conduct studio sales training. Minimize refunds and returns. Improve member retention and meet retention goals. Evaluate Sales Associates' performance daily & ensure accountability for sales goals.
