Job Description

Overview:
Front office tasks include checking in and checking out patients, entering and collecting payments, managing phones and faxes, verifying benefits and explaining insurance to patients, coordinating scheduling with service providers, maintaining accounts and charts, assisting with keeping the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked, and performing other general front office and customer service/sales duties.
Required:
Successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly with kindness and firmness simultaneously, work with efficiency & accuracy in an often very busy environment, develop the ability to speak about and sell BARWIS programs and services in person, on the phone, and in writing, juggle multiple tasks with grace, demonstrate fluency with computer and office technology and scheduling systems, and enjoy a mixed front & back office role. No degree is required, however, preference will be given to those that have at least one year of experience in medical front desk reception and/or billing as well as thorough understanding of health insurance and how different policies work. Successful candidate will also display high energy, be a passion filled and sales motivated individual, fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand!
