Job Description

A busy and growing real estate team in Charlotte County is looking for a sharp, organized Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a key role that touches every part of the business — from contracts and paperwork to client communication and vendor coordination. What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Manage transaction files and ensure deadlines are met from contract to close
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other vendors
  • Track key dates and send timely updates to clients and agents
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files using real estate software
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and scheduling for the team
  • Assist with marketing materials, listings, and social media as needed
  • Keep the team compliant with Florida real estate guidelines. What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with transaction management platforms. Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, AI Skills a plus What We Offer
