Job Description

Seeking a very responsible conscientious Full-Time Legal Administrative Assistant to join a SOLO Family Law Practice in an in-person capacity. Bilingual preferred, in search of someone bright, proactive, and motivated—a true self-starter! You'll need to be smart, adept at problem-solving, and possess strong organizational abilities (the attorney has no organizational skills sadly!). This role presents an outstanding chance to broaden your understanding of legal processes and foster professional growth. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, personable, confident in client interactions, and possess previous experience in a law firm, preferably within family law. Proficiency in computer operations is a must, including Word, Microsoft Office, and Adobe. Familiarity with e-filing portals and CMS is advantageous but not mandatory. As this is a small office setting, independence is crucial. Immediate availability is preferred. Kindly refrain from applying without reviewing the starting salary, which will be commensurate with experience. This opportunity is tailored for the right candidate and is ready for an immediate start in this easy going office in downtown Fort. Lauderdale. Responsibilities
