This role combines office administration, employee support, and financial recordkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs. Support onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and payroll coordination in ADP. Process invoices, payments, deposits, and customer account follow-up in QuickBooks. Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and perform monthly account reconciliations. Prepare financial summaries, aging reports, and supporting documentation for management Serve as a point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors. Maintain organized digital and physical records using Microsoft Office and company filing procedures. Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Nice to have Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with payroll, financial reporting, or month-end processes. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:
