Previous office experience and/or general pest control knowledge is a plus! This role focuses on customer service, scheduling, communication, record keeping, billing, and coordination between technicians and customers. (Pest control software/pestpac and workwave knowledge preferred).
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally Schedule pest control inspections and service appointments Confirm appointments and communicate technician arrival times Maintain positive customer relationships Scheduling & Dispatching Coordinate technician routes and daily schedules Monitor service calendars and optimize routes Communicate service updates to field technicians Administrative Duties Maintain customer records and service histories Enter data into CRM or pest control software systems Prepare invoices, estimates, and work orders Process payments and maintain billing records File paperwork and maintain organized office systems Communication & Coordination Relay service details between customers and technicians Assist with reporting and documentation Support office managers with daily operations Coordinate with vendors or suppliers when needed Common Skills & Qualifications Required Skills Strong communication and phone etiquette Basic computer proficiency Organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Time management skills Problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience Experience with Pestpac software/Workwave, and/or pest control software Customer service experience Administrative or office experience Scheduling or dispatching experience Experience in pest control, HVAC, landscaping, or service industries preferred General knowledge of the Jacksonville, FL area Software Knowledge Common systems may include: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Pest control CRM software (preferred) Scheduling/dispatch software (preferred)
Hours Full Time:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch) Incentives Paid time off
