Job Description
My client is a historic nonprofit organization with deep roots in the Jacksonville landscape and a strong, enduring history in the local community. If you love being surrounded by nature and can work effectively managing an office while rolling up your sleeves as a "servant-minded leader" to help with field operations as needed, this role might be perfect for you. We are looking for someone who thrives in both an office and outdoor setting. This position requires you to be fully integrated into our site s life and special events. You are just as comfortable managing administrative workflows as you are managing event logistics, answering guest questions, or running a last-minute errand for supplies. For our team, every task matters, and no job is too small. Our team operates with a shared dedication to the greater good of our mission-there are no egos and no "that's not my job" mentalities here. It is truly an all-hands-on-deck environment for the good of the organization. "
