Job Description
River & Coast Women's Care is a growing, physician-led OB/GYN practice serving Jacksonville and St. Johns County. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support our commitment to delivering exceptional women's healthcare. The Office Manager will report directly to the Practice Administrator and play a key leadership role in ensuring efficient clinic operations, staff engagement, and an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more office locations Supervise front office and clinical support staff Assist with employee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management Monitor staffing schedules and office workflows Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction Maintain compliance with practice policies and procedures Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve operational efficiency Address patient concerns and resolve office-related issues Support practice growth initiatives and special projects Qualifications Minimum 3 years of healthcare management or medical office leadership experience preferred OB/GYN, women's health, or multispecialty experience preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with EMR and practice management systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Professional growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative, physician-led culture Modern, patient-centered work environment About River & Coast Women's Care River & Coast Women's Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive women's healthcare, including obstetrics, gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, breast services, imaging, wellness, and aesthetics.
