Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. This pivotal role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk activities, and maintaining smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating welcoming environments that leave lasting impressions. As a Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our hotel, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint. Duties Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone system management. Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Manage night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols during overnight shifts. Implement hospitality management best practices to optimize guest experiences and operational efficiency across the resort or hotel environment. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and facilities are maintained to high standards. Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, billing details, and incident reports to support smooth operations and accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional guest interactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling guest services and administrative tasks. Prior experience working in resort settings or large hotels is preferred but not required.
