Caregiver- Personal Support

We are urgently seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to provide Personal Support and Companion Services for an adult male client with Intellectual Disability, Down syndrome, and Dementia. About the

Client :

The client requires hands-on support and supervision to ensure safety, independence, and quality of life. He thrives with routine, calm communication, and consistent caregiver.

Schedule:

1st Shift

• 7:30 AM
• 2:30 PM 2nd Shift
• 2:30 PM
• 7:30 PM Saturday available for extra hours

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene and grooming Support with dressing and daily routines Provide companionship and positive social interaction Assist with communication and redirection as needed Ensure self-protection, safety awareness, and supervision Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation awareness Monitor well-being and report concerns Support community and in-home activities Reporting and monitoring: following a care plan and noticing any changes in the individual's health. What Qualifies You?! Experience with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, dementia, or similar preferred Reliable Transportation High School Diploma or G.E.D. State issued Driver's License Background Check CPR Certifications 2 years of Experience APD required trainings Must be 21 years or older Begin your
