Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual, organized, energetic, and patient-focused Office Manager / Billing Coordinator to join our chiropractic practice. This key leadership role combines patient care coordination, front desk operations, insurance billing, and day-to-day office management. The ideal candidate is experienced in chiropractic billing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally with patients and insurance companies, and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is approximately 60% patient coordination and office management and 40% insurance billing and claims administration.
Duties:
Welcome and check in patients, creating a warm and professional first impression. Initiate and manage intake paperwork, verify patient information, and confirm insurance details. Handle insurance verifications, billing, claims submission, and reimbursement reconciliation. Schedule appointments, manage the doctor's calendar, and coordinate referrals to specialists. Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear patient communication. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the ChiroTouch EMR system. Support clinic organization, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with patient education and in-office marketing efforts, including guiding patients in leaving Google reviews. Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
Experience:
ChiroTouch EMR experience in is required. Previous experience as a Chiropractic Office Manager or in a similar role preferred Fluent English and Spanish required. Strong understanding of insurance billing and chiropractic terminology. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Friendly personality, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
