Full Job Description Office Admin Position Overview :
Wright is seeking an organized and reliable Office Admin to support daily administrative functions and ensure smooth operations within the office. This role is responsible for processing employee data, tracking personnel records, and assisting with a variety of HR, payroll, and operational tasks. The Office Admin will work closely with the Operations team and serve as a key point of contact for both employees and corporate staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and submit employee time sheets to the corporate office Track and document employee attendance, including vacation, personal days, call-offs, and no-shows Maintain and organize employee records and documentation Provide general administrative support to operations and related departments as needed Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls Assist employees with benefit forms including health insurance and 401(k) enrollment Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork Forward drug screening results to Human Resources as required Complete separation notices and assist with termination/resignation paperwork Help prepare and process Personnel Action Forms Assist in reporting Workers' Compensation incidents and ensure OSHA documentation is up to date Collaborate with the corporate office to resolve payroll and invoicing discrepancies Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Experience working with spreadsheets and online systems Previous experience in administrative support or office coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Experience:
