Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with ease. As an Office Manager, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative team, supporting staff, managing office procedures, and maintaining a positive atmosphere that promotes productivity and professionalism. Duties Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and administrative support functions Manage phone system, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately with excellent phone etiquette Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other computer applications to support office functions Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge of front desk procedures and office etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with high attention to detail Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Join us as an Office Manager to be at the heart of our organization's success! $24.43 - $29.42 per hour
